Awful service. Ordered a Valentine’s Day gift on January 30 and was told it would be here in time for Valentine’s Day. It is now February 19 and the tracking is still showing that USPS is still waiting for the package. I have asked for a full refund more than once with no success. They have stated it is being shipped from the USA and blame USPS. I find that hard to believe as I have received other USPS packages with no problems
