Customer Reviews
Ordered a custom blanket for my mom's 70th birthday that was supposed to arrive Oct 15th, the day of her party. According to tracking, my local USPS received package on Oct 13th. I went to the post office on the morning of Oct 15th because there was no movement on Oct 14th. Post Office claims they never received the package on the 13th and that the tracking info was "container generated" and most likely the package is lost. Contacted Oh Canvas on Oct 17th and they said they would investigate and that it may take several days to get a result. After not hearing anything for a week I contacted Oh Canvas on Oct 24th for an update. They expressed their apologies and said my package may be lost in transit and would like to resend the blanket. Estimated time is about 7-14 business days! I will update my review if/when I receive what I ordered.
**Update**
I received the replacement order on Nov 1st. I sent it to my mother via overnight shipping and she absolutely loved it! I'm still bummed I couldn't see her reaction in person at her party but oh well, better late than never I guess.
