I paid extra for faster delivery, but did not receive it when expected. It was late for the occasion. I know the website has a caveat about production time, but that is too vague when you are planning an occasion at which to present a gift from this company. They need to figure out a better way to present that, or estimate production time better, or not offer (and charge for) faster delivery.
Good quality. This is a great retirement gift and our boss loved it. We ordered this late, but we received it within 4 days, so we were pleased!
An error of ordering 2 of the same thing. You offered returning half the price of the second one I thought it was unfair but agreed and have not received anything.
