The clarity of the pictures on the canvas was not what I was expecting! I sent in clear pictures and it looked very clear on the image when I purchased it and that’s not what I received! The writing in between the photos is blurry. Some of the photos the lighting is significantly different than the other photos. And the delivery time kept getting pushed back, so I got it after Valentine’s Day.
The online ordering process is so easy. I love the 16x20 for 14.99 deal. Picture is clear and perfect.

The ease of playing around where I wanted each picture was so simple. Once I decided where I wanted each picture, all I did was put in my information.
Now I will say, I wish they would communicate if something is gonna take 2 weeks to arrive. Customer service was great at communicating with me when I contacted them about the status of the order.
I received the order on the Dec. 15th when I placed my order on Dec. 1st. I got my order just as I had made it on the site. I am completely in love with it and can't wait for my boyfriend to open it Christmas day!
