Especially because I saw an ad for one of their products and began communicating with their customer service via email to see if they could make a change to the product. The product had song lyrics on it and because I was having this made for an actual Global Internationally Known Music Artist named Nyasia, I wanted it to have the list of all her songs she has done in her career. They were quick to respond and they kept in touch with me through the process. And I was emailing regularly! Lol! I just wanted it to be perfect and so did they.
