I needed my pictures a certain order and they were able to get it proofed for me before printing to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. The customer service is wonderful because not only were they able to do the pictures how I wanted, I needed a different size than what I paid and they were able to change it out and refund me the difference. The timing on their response is super fast as well. They did a great job.
