the blanket came and it was so crumpled because they cryovac it and there were no instruction on how to get wrinkles out. I was giving as a gift and it looks like a cheap blanket. I am embarrassedto give it and it cost me $80.

Horrible! I never write reviews but this was a complete waste of money and false picture advertisement. The pictures on the website are very nice but the canvas I received was so cheap and tacky.

I loved the product I ordered.
I didn't realize you had to scroll down on the order form to add the date, so I sent my order in without thinking about. When I got my canvas, I absolutely loved it, but noticed there was no date (anniversary gift for hubs). When I contacted customer service, they sent an email showing how to request the date and graciously offered 50% off on a replacement. I didn't order that though because I didn't need 2 of the same canvases except one missing the date. Very awesome product and customer service, just remember to scroll down for the date to be included.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I uploaded a beautiful picture of my Labrador Retriever, whom just crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The canvas photo is beautiful and the turnaround time was fast and the product was superb. I definitely will order from them again if the need arises.
Bought this for a gift, once I received the canvas I wanted it for my self!
I will never order from them again. I ordered one for a wedding gift and when it arrived the picture had a glare on it and they refuse to redo it with a different picture. They should have told me this before printing it so I had the option to do a different picture . $50 wasted… very disappointing!
