Not what I expected from the ads.I thought the picture would be textured,not a flat print.
It is exactly what was advertised. Showed up on time. My wife opened it and we found that it was damaged. Contacted customer service almost immediately and had a response the same day. They were very apologetic and wanted to make it right. Asked a couple a questions and for pictures of the damage. Sent that over to them and again a couple hours later had a response. They were going to start a new one immediately and get it shipped out asap. It still arrived before our anniversary and without damage.
Bought for a friend after her German Shepard passed away. She mentioned she liked the quote. Turned out perfectly.
It looked nice . Only issue they could not mail it to the intended recipient. Thus I had them mail to me and then I mailed it to the recipient. Thus having to pay for shipping twice
