Amazing customer service! I ordered a framed canvas print in honor of my heart dog’s passing. My BIG B crossed the Rainbow Bridge March 7th, 2025. I haven’t felt the same since. When I saw the saying of “The Moment That You Left Me” print it hit home deeply. As if it was written just for him & I. I had several questions regarding detailed personalization. Again amazing, caring customer service. The canvas came out BEAUTIFULLY! The only reason I gave it four stars is I thought I ordered it in a brown frame. It came in a black one. No where could I locate on my ORIGINAL invoice what color frame I had ordered. Just that it was framed. Oh well it’s still AMAZINGLY PERFECT!!! Rest easy BIG B……
Wife loved it , but there is extra print left side in trees. Can’t make out what it says, but it looks to have been printed by the machine that made the print.
Update: This company is awesome!!! They contacted me and sent me a new canvas. You got to love a company that stands by their product and customer.

I never leave reviews, but for this product I will. I was so incredibly happy with the canvas. Everything was symmetrical and precise. The colors are very vibrant. I even put it on social media for my friends to see. I would definitely recommend this product.

The framed canvas came out perfectly! I there was an error made on my part with the order and they were very helpful when fixing the photo for my order.
I have made/ordered 3 canvases. Each time they were very well received by the family members I order them for. On one the picture I sent was not as clear as it could have been. They emailed me to see if I could provide a better picture. Instead of just making the canvas with the poorer quality picture, they waited for a better picture. They are truly a company I would recommend. Thank you for your interest in your customers in providing a quality product!
AMAZING!! AWESOME!! I was super skeptical about ordering from Oh Canvas. I expected that IF my purchase was ever delivered that it would be late or messed up or the pictures would be blurry or who knows but I really expected a disaster. WOW - was I ever pleasantly surprised. I did pay for express service/shipping and it arrived quicker than I expected and the pictures were crystal clear!! This was a gift for a friend’s 70th birthday and he has stage 4 cancer. Best gift ever taking him down memory lane of our adventures together. I highly recommend Oh Canvas! I know I read a bunch of really bad reviews - but decided to give it a try anyway and I sure am glad that I did. Thanks Oh Canvas!!
