Ordered this for my daughter, who had just lost her 16 year old dachshund. The tribute and being able to add a picture of him was easy, very user friendly. The tribute was so beautiful, everyone who has read it cried. I've probably read it 50 times and I get teary eyed every time. The name of the tribute was "Waiting at the Door" which is one of the tributes offered by Oh Canvas. As I said the finished tribute and picture were AMAZING and I highly recommend Oh Canvas!!

The canvas was beautiful but the lack of communication and processing time is what made me give this 2 stars. Customer service was hard to get ahold of and the agents were nice but no proper updates were given on my order. The timeline for which my order was supposed to be completed and shipped out was inaccurate. I received my order two weeks after the fact and with no email communication on any delays.

This company incorporated something personal for a wedding gift that made the recipients extremely touched. I highly recommend oh canvas.
Its just not a quality print on canvas. It appears to be a low definition photo that has been enlarged to many times. From across the room it looks fine, but the closer you get to it it becomes very grainy. You easily can see the individual pixels witch makes the picture fuzzy when you get close. If it was an enlarged Hi Definition photo it would have been a much better product. In this day of Hi Def. photography I'm very displeased. Nice canvas and frame though.
