Loved the product itself. Took some time to actually get what we ordered but the customer service was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We ordered the couples ornament the hanger could have been a bit nicer. The one we received was coming unraveled and honestly looked rather cheap compared to how nice the ornament itself was. I ended up having to put a different one on it.
