On time delivery and a quality product.
Ordered a pillow with my dogs pic and saying on other side gor Christmas gift. Website said order by certain date to guarantee by Christmas. I ordered well before on December 11th. Received email December 15th pillow was shipped and had a tracking number for UPS. Getting close to Christmas no pillow, went to link to track UPS, Website said label created at company but not delivered to UPS. Contacted UPS to make sure they never received pkg to send. Contacted oh canvas, told them, they said they would look into it. Took until AFTER Christmas and for ME to suggest sending a replacement. They finally do a replacement BUT send it USPS so it takes longer to receive. They said they switched carriers because of the issue with the first order. IT WASN'T UPS FAULT! An employee didn't bring the pkg to UPS to even send. Just excuse after excuse and so kindly reimbursed me shipping for UPS for original order. Gee, thanks, while I didn't have the pillow to give as a gift for Christmas. Worse company ever! I definitely will never use this company and I hope others will consider the same.
