I called and emailed within 24hour of placing my order and was unable to change one of the names on my canvas. Very disappointed because they did not honor what they present as terms on their website. I am giving them a 4 star review with follow-up on the situation. They did offer me a new canvas at a discounted rate but I opted not to receive one so they did discount the original one I purchased.
