We guarantee that any Product purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship quality under ordinary consumer use for the specified period from the date of original purchase. The warranty period is outlined as follows:

✅ 60-DAY WARRANTY:

During this warranty period, if the Product is defective or fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will replace it with a new one or refund 100% of the purchase price, per our policy.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you wish to make a modification or cancellation to your purchase, please submit your ticket through this form, including your order number and the desired change. We will confirm once the alteration has been completed.

Note: Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 24 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

We kindly ask that you do not return your items to us, as it would take up your valuable time and money. The original items can be kept at your disposal.

FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

If the shipping address is correct and the package has not moved in more than three weeks or is past our estimated time of arrival, you will receive a FREE replacement promptly.

We will assume full responsibility within 60 days of its arrival if the product(s)

  • Different from the description or sample shown to you;
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier
  • Not what you ordered;

We review claims within 24 business hours. Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.

  1. How do I prepare my shipment for return?

You don’t need to go through the hassle of returning your items to us; it would take up your valuable time and money, which we don’t want our customers to have to do. Just provide us with the details and a photo of the items you received, and we’ll work to resolve your issue.

  1. Can I exchange my item(s)?

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, we are willing to send the new one to you, however, please note that all Oh Canvas products are custom-printed and the resend fee will depend on the product(s) you purchase.

Note: Please be reminded that our policy lasts 60 days from the delivery date for replacement/refund requests only. If 60 days have gone by since your item was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
