Nice but LATE

The product did turn out nice, but it was ordered as a gift and I did not receive it on time. I was able to find similar products with other companies, but I chose to order from Oh Canvas even though their cost was higher because they said it would arrive in time to be used as a gift. I did not receive the product in time, and in correspondence with the company I did say that if I can't get it in time to cancel my order, well the order wasn't cancelled and it was shipped late, so I didn't receive it on time like they said I would. Personally, I can't say that I would order from them again because of this, I just don't believe it is right to promise things that you can't deliver on.
