It is exactly what was advertised

It is exactly what was advertised. Showed up on time. My wife opened it and we found that it was damaged. Contacted customer service almost immediately and had a response the same day. They were very apologetic and wanted to make it right. Asked a couple a questions and for pictures of the damage. Sent that over to them and again a couple hours later had a response. They were going to start a new one immediately and get it shipped out asap. It still arrived before our anniversary and without damage.

It looked nice . Only issue they could not mail it to the intended recipient. Thus I had them mail to me and then I mailed it to the recipient. Thus having to pay for shipping twice
