Let me tell you, this company is awesome! I ordered two of the same canvases for a gift and before they processed it, they reached out to me to be sure my order was correct. Wow! Then I got confirmation all was being made and the next thing I know they are on my doorstep. All was absolutely beautiful and I will order again!

My customer experience was unbelievably great! From the moment I placed the order, customer service and their design team was in touch with me. The design team even took it upon themselves to see that I didn't have the best pictures in the right spot based on the shape of the letters the photos were in. So, they helped by fixing it on the design and edited it so they looked better and sent me the new proof to approve. It looked 100% better and perfectly placed once they fixed it for me. There was also song lyrics on the canvas and during the download to the template, there were unwanted spaces in the last couple lines that I couldn't fix, because I was trying to order it from my phone. I actually ordered it about a week before Valentine's Day and it was a personal gift for my girlfriend. I did pay for priority shipping and they made sure the design was done and printed so it could be shipped on time to get to me in time for Valentine's Day. It actually got there a whole day earlier than it was even supposed to. I would order again and again based on the awesome experience we had.

I ordered a wrapped canvas Mother’s Day remembrance of Flower, my daughter’s poodle, who died last year.
The Mother’s Day site had many selections to choose from and the cost was reasonable.
However when the gift arrived my daughter was very disappointed as the canvas was as “For Dad instead of For Mom”
I contacted their online customer support and requested an immediate refund which they gave me.
My daughter was very upset and she was without a gift and remembrance for Mother’s Day.
Very poor quality control on their part. I will never do business with them again
