I purchased a personalized canvas for my wife for Christmas. When the item did not arrive by Christmas I reached out to the company and they informed me that I had made an error on the address and did not put the street name, but only the house number. I tried to reach out to the post office to see if the item was still there, but I had no luck. During the entire week, I was trying to deal with the post office, Oh Canvas reached out to me several times to see if I was able to get my item, unfortunately, I was not. Oh Canvas went above and beyond, and offered to send me another canvas If I was willing to pay, the shipping. I happily agree to this, because they did not have to do this being that it was my fault the first one did not arrive. I received my canvas last night and my wife loved it! I would recommend this company 110%.
