Pleased for the most part.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience regarding the recent order I placed. I ordered a picture for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas and was thrilled with the overall process.

I placed my order on a Monday and received it just 5 days later, which was impressive. However, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed a difference in the vibrancy of the proof on the computer compared to the picture I received. The picture is from their wedding, and while my daughter-in-law's dress appeared as a bright white in the proof, the actual print came out as a dull white.

I appreciate the quick turnaround time and the quality of service, but I wish the printed product matched the proof more closely.
